The supporters of Cordona AFC booed when Chinchivira was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Omar Paz, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisito Gaufred made a kick off. Silvano Joseph could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Andres Quexal made a huge save. With a little luck, Chinchivira's Andres Quexal got control of the ball when Jacobo Palban tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Julian Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cordona AFC's goalkeeper Lisandro Estavan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Silvano Joseph kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andres Quexal. That made the score 1-2 in the 73 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cordona AFC's Gualterio Osoro got a free kick in the 83rd minute. When Julian Berart came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Chinchivira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Berart couldn't finish the play. Andres Quexal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvano Joseph in the 88th minute of play. Julian Berart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chinchivira's Andres Quexal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Chinchivira from getting a goal against them.
