Spectators: 7286 (Terracing: 5467, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ceferino Poncio kicked off to start the match. Boca Juniors's Elias Berart got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 8th minute Iker Handi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Selmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iker Handi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albino Selmo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Elias Berart blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albino Selmo having to make a save. Iker Handi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Mikelar in the 28th minute of play forced Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Gabriel Inautzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boca Juniors's Elias Berart got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Boca Juniors's Elias Berart nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Selmo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 34th minute, El Prado es Boca's Aquilino Mikelar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After having played for 37 minutes, Aquilino Mikelar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Prado es Boca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Mikelar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 39 minutes into the game, Elias Berart cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Albino Selmo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors's zone, Aquilino Mikelar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Inautzi came out of the goal and Aquilino Mikelar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elias Berart in the 49th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albino Selmo prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elias Berart to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iker Handi got free with Albino Selmo in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. El Prado es Boca's Aquilino Mikelar got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Elias Berart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albino Selmo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Berart's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute, Guillermo Gonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Iker Handi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Albino Selmo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Elias Berart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 81 minutes of play, Boca Juniors's Iker Handi made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Albino Selmo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fausto Txilar kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Iker Handi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Boca Juniors's Elias Berart in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El Prado es Boca's goalie prevented a goal. Albino Selmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Berart in the 92nd minute of play. Gabriel Inautzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ceferino Poncio in the 99th minute of the match. Boca Juniors played a much better game than El Prado es Boca and deserved their victory. The El Prado es Boca players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
