One of Ceballos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atlético Les Paul:s goal. The referee felt a red card was in order, 12 minutes into the game, when Ramiro Txurio put in a rough tackle. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Atlético Les Paul! Victorio Ostots sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Aristides Gaueko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Quintin was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 33 minutes into the match, Atlético Les Paul's goal looked a bit too open when Victorio Ostots came free, but Edelmiro Chago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atlético Les Paul's Aristides Gaueko got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Aristides Gaueko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adrian Quintin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aristides Gaueko in the 41st minute. If Victorio Ostots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aristides Gaueko was the one to do the kick off. Ceballos FC's Matias Matxin pulled a muscle in his back after 51 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 52 played minutes Atlético Les Paul got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Bilbo. Edelmiro Chago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mateo Oroitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aristides Gaueko in the 57th minute of play forced Ceballos FC's goalkeeper Adrian Quintin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Gaueko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Adrian Quintin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Quintin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Gaueko in the 65th minute of play. Mauricio Su received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. After a rather tough play, Atlético Les Paul's Tiburcio Jerold got a free kick in the 71st minute. Orlando Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Edelmiro Chago tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Orlando Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Gaueko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Quintin having to interfere. Ovidio Bilbo took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Quintin. Adrian Quintin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 87th minute, Orlando Cebrian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético Les Paul's Aristides Gaueko got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aristides Gaueko struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Adrian Quintin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Les Paul. Atlético Les Paul's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
