With an all-out effort, LaMaquinita's Tobias Kimetz threw himself towards the right post 45 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mauro Gonzalez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The LaMaquinita players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Catenaccio FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Mauro Gonzalez made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Catenaccio FC's Jesus Luzaide got a free kick in the 55th minute.
