Versailles FC:s Jesus Ramone showed great skill when he stopped Teodosio Ilixo:s penalty. 15 minutes into the match, Teodosio Ilixo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Versailles FC's Jesus Ramone. Jesus Ramone was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arnoldo Tristan's late challenge caught a Versailles FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Tristan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Arnoldo Tristan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eulalio Martino fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aldosivi's protests and gave Eulalio Martino a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Aldosivi got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Martino. Horacio Aguilera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Viator, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Octavio Beti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Versailles FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 27th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 29 minutes, Aldosivi's Teodosio Ilixo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Jesus Ramone. Pedro Viator fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Aguilera having to interfere. Horacio Aguilera came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Versailles FC's Octavio Beti. But to his dismay, Octavio Beti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Octavio Beti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Ramone was a little too slow when Eulalio Martino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Octavio Beti to make the kick off. During the 52nd minute of the match Arnoldo Tristan completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Arnoldo Tristan a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Arnoldo Tristan kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Pedro Viator managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horacio Aguilera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Beti in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Octavio Beti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Aguilera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Aldosivi's goalkeeper Horacio Aguilera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Viator. After having played for 77 minutes, Marco Todor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aldosivi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Todor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Marco Todor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Horacio Aguilera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pedro Viator in the 87th minute. Horacio Aguilera made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Alvaro Macerio sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Versailles FC's zone, Marco Todor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Ramone came out of the goal and Marco Todor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Aldosivi had won after a very even match.
