Eulalio Martino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicasio Dabi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Eulalio Martino kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicasio Dabi. That made the score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. Tormenta SC's Nicasio Dabi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Tormenta SC from getting a goal against them. Apolo Aznar hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. If Apolo Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Aznar struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Horacio Aguilera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tormenta SC. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Marco Todor put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nicasio Dabi. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apolo Aznar was the one to do the kick off. Horacio Aguilera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Apolo Aznar in the 51st minute. If Apolo Aznar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Aldosivi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Martino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eulalio Martino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Dabi having to interfere. Apolo Aznar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Aldosivi's Horacio Aguilera got control of the ball when Apolo Aznar tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Marco Todor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nicasio Dabi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Todor in the 76th minute of the match. Apolo Aznar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Narciso Urtats hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The referee ignored Tormenta SC's protests and gave Apolo Aznar a yellow card for diving instead. Apolo Aznar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Horacio Aguilera made a huge save.
