Vicente Bernabel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Maximo Cucao tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th match minute, La guadaña FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinaldo Eger to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 25 minutes into the game, when Alonzo Kinsen put in a rough tackle. Maximo Cucao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Laurgain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd minute Alvaro Prejun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximo Cucao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, La guadaña FC's Reinaldo Eger got a free kick in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Bernabel in the 40th minute of play forced La guadaña FC's goalkeeper Maximo Cucao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Mateo Gonza made a precise shot to the right of Maximo Cucao. La guadaña FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Romulo Osoitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Reinaldo Eger showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 46 minute of play. La guadaña FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Reinaldo Eger was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Romulo Osoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 77 minutes, Marcelo Odol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La guadaña FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcelo Odol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Romulo Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcelo Odol in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Reinaldo Eger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Reinaldo Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reinaldo Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felipe Rolado struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Romulo Osoitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La guadaña FC. In the 93rd minute, Marcelo Odol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, La guadaña FC's Maximo Cucao got control of the ball when Marcial Laurgain tried to sneak it across the goal line. Seattle SuperSonics were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over La guadaña FC's much stronger midfield.
