Igor Ilazki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cesar Llin's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. Carlos Dimas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vladimiro Ebardo having to make a save. If Eriberto Arnau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 28 minutes, Jacinto Cayo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Super Gula and the El Dragon Wofito players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jacinto Cayo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. 30 minutes into the match, Super Gula's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Dimas came free, but Vladimiro Ebardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Igor Ilazki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesar Llin in the 38th minute of the match. When Cesar Llin came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Super Gula fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cesar Llin couldn't finish the play. A collision led to El Dragon Wofito getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Hilario Senon hit a great ball. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El Dragon Wofito! In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Super Gula. Faustino Sugoi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Igor Ilazki. 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cesar Llin was the one to do the kick off. When El Dragon Wofito's Carlos Dimas in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Justo Abeijon hit a great ball. Arnaldo Terciero took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vladimiro Ebardo. Super Gula's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 63rd minute, El Dragon Wofito's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cesar Llin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 66 minutes into the game, Desiderio Gil was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Dragon Wofito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Super Gula the free kick. In the 66th minute, Desiderio Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cesar Llin might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Ilazki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cesar Llin ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 74th minute, Eriberto Arnau ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimiro Ebardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Eugenio Florinio hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes El Dragon Wofito got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Leocadio. If Carlos Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vladimiro Ebardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Dimas in the 93rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Lucio Valerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Super Gula's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Valerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Ilazki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vladimiro Ebardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
