Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Buitres FC's Saul Faro started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 14th minute of the match Benedicto Muno shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hernan Argoitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Levi Ackerman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Ixaka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 20 minutes, Saul Faro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Buitres FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saul Faro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Adan Olo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Levi Ackerman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Ixaka in the 35th minute of play. After taking down the ball on General Paz Juniors's corner Serafin Berto fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Levi Ackerman quite easily take care of the ball. Evelio Quico scored 0-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Levi Ackerman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Isidro Ixaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Buitres FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. General Paz Juniors were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evelio Quico to make the kick off. When Serafin Berto fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored General Paz Juniors's protests and gave Serafin Berto a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes General Paz Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Serafin Berto. Hernan Argoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Pudes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Levi Ackerman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evelio Quico in the 68th minute of the match. Isidro Ixaka could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Levi Ackerman made a huge save. If Isidro Ixaka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isidro Ixaka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Levi Ackerman having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Saul Faro had to leave the field with a concussion. 83 minutes into the game, Evelio Elodio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. General Paz Juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Buitres FC the free kick. In the 84th minute, Evelio Elodio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 98th minute, Serafino Sandalio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hernan Argoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Pudes, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute.
