The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciclon.F.C.'s goalkeeper Alvaro Taurino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Silvano Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Taurino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Christian Oriche showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Christian Oriche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Silvano Enekoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mauricio Remigio fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ciclon.F.C.'s protests and gave Mauricio Remigio a yellow card for diving instead. After 24 played minutes Ciclon.F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Remigio. 25 minutes into the match, Ciclon.F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Christian Oriche came free, but Alvaro Taurino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvano Enekoitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvano Enekoitz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Alvaro Taurino skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Silvano Enekoitz came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the San Martín de Wilde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvano Enekoitz couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saturnino Tome to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Tome in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Artal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alvaro Taurino came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by San Martín de Wilde's Silvano Enekoitz. But to his dismay, Silvano Enekoitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When Ladislao Hats fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored San Martín de Wilde's protests and gave Ladislao Hats a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ciclon.F.C. booed when San Martín de Wilde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Hats didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Christian Oriche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saturnino Tome sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Niceto Chan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Ciclon.F.C.'s zone, Silvano Enekoitz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Taurino came out of the goal and Silvano Enekoitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. San Martín de Wilde were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ciclon.F.C. for a fine match.
