After a rather tough play, Pulpera's Ladislao Orlondo got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Severino Gaitano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Theodore, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Pulpera's goalkeeper Severino Gaitano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pedro Theodore. In the 37th minute Warnes were awarded a corner. Astor Joanes went to the cornerflag to take it. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino Gaitano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Warnes booed when Pulpera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Cordara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pedro Theodore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Severino Gaitano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Astor Joanes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severino Gaitano having to make a save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Warnes fully deserved thier win.
