Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Balsa AFC's Jacinto Ignado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jonatan Txindoki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Placido Orlandus having to interfere. Evaristo Rencio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Orlandus having to make a save. A collision led to Balsa AFC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Desiderio Nayely hit a great ball. Jonatan Txindoki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Placido Orlandus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Jonatan Txindoki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Balsa AFC's Placido Orlandus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Balsa AFC from getting a goal against them. Astor Joanes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Placido Orlandus having to make a save. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Astor Joanes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Evaristo Rencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evaristo Rencio struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Placido Orlandus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Warnes. Balsa AFC's Placido Orlandus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Balsa AFC from getting a goal against them. If Emiliano Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astor Joanes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 47 minutes in the game, Astor Joanes fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Placido Orlandus having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Rencio to make the kick off. Placido Orlandus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Rencio in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Astor Joanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 64 minutes into the game, Aldo Gentza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Balsa AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Warnes the free kick. In the 64th match minute, Balsa AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Gentza to maneuver through the defense. After 66 played minutes Balsa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Gentza. When Pedro Theodore fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Warnes's protests and gave Pedro Theodore a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Warnes got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Theodore. Jonatan Txindoki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Balsa AFC defense, Emiliano Cordearo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Placido Orlandus. The Balsa AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Placido Orlandus should have stopped the shot. Evaristo Rencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Theodore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Placido Orlandus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Joanes, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that Emiliano Cordearo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Placido Orlandus was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. When Pedro Theodore came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Warnes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Theodore couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Rencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Emiliano Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Cordearo in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Placido Orlandus saved Balsa AFC from getting behind. Warnes's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
