Camilo Diaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Samuel Min might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogelio Ihazintu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Samuel Min ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Sebastian Adrio sped through Piratas CAB's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgard Emeterio. With a little luck, Piratas CAB's Edgard Emeterio got control of the ball when Camilo Diaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Camilo Diaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sebastian Adrio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgard Emeterio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Samuel Min managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piratas CAB's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Min was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Ihazintu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Camilo Diaz who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Edgard Emeterio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Piratas CAB's Ezequiel Cebo got a free kick in the 31st minute. After having played for 32 minutes, Sebastian Adrio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Red Blazers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sebastian Adrio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 35 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Red Blazers's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Min came free, but Rogelio Ihazintu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Camilo Diaz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Red Blazers's supporters rose to their feet, but Camilo Diaz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgard Emeterio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Red Blazers's zone, Samuel Min stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rogelio Ihazintu came out of the goal and Samuel Min tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aquilino Mark made a kick off. Edgard Emeterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Cerilo in the 54th minute of play. Constantino Gorri charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Constantino Gorri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Constantino Gorri hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Simon Calixto hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Piratas CAB's zone, Camilo Diaz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgard Emeterio came out of the goal and Camilo Diaz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ubaldo Teodor's late challenge caught a Piratas CAB's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Teodor helped the player get up and apologised. Ubaldo Teodor hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Min got free with Rogelio Ihazintu in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Edgard Emeterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Adrio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simon Calixto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Rogelio Ihazintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Piratas CAB's Aquilino Mark in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Red Blazers's goalie prevented a goal. Samuel Min sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
