An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Ibañez in the 15th minute of play forced ElFortin FC's goalkeeper Federico Illart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Hibai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabricio Aires having to interfere. Fabricio Aires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edelmiro Hibai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alvaro Kemen succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. ElFortin FC's Federico Illart played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Nuñez in the 28th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Piquera Teem's Epifanio Elazar got a free kick in the 29th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Piquera Teem's goal looked a bit too open when Fulgencio Illan came free, but Fabricio Aires reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ElFortin FC's Alvaro Kemen got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 41st minute, Mauricio Goiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Edelmiro Hibai managed to get in a good position for a shot. ElFortin FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edelmiro Hibai was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Aires breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

In the 52nd minute Reynaldo Nuñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Illart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Illart came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Piquera Teem's Reynaldo Nuñez. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Nuñez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Edelmiro Hibai received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Fabricio Aires tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Piquera Teem got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Elazar. Federico Illart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Nuñez in the 90th minute of play. Fabricio Aires came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by ElFortin FC's Edelmiro Hibai. But to his dismay, Edelmiro Hibai quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
