The referee ignored Piquera Teem's protests and gave Reynaldo Nuñez a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Reynaldo Nuñez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With splendid footwork Georg Ström arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 12th minute. If Raul Ibañez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Falsos Vicios booed when Piquera Teem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Ibañez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

A beautiful save bye Piquera Teem's goalie prevented a goal. During the 65th minute of the match Epifanio Elazar completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Epifanio Elazar a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After some careless play in the Piquera Teem defense, Septimiu Imperiale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabricio Aires. The Piquera Teem fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabricio Aires should have stopped the shot. Fabricio Aires showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Septimiu Imperiale, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Falsos Vicios's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
