After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Filomeno Fidensio managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Guardia Imperial's supporters rose to their feet, but Filomeno Fidensio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Franco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Felipe Frechoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Humberto Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Frechoso in the 53rd minute of play forced Bicha's goalkeeper Humberto Franco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Augusto Lizar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bicha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ladislao Aztore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guardia Imperial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Pagomari to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Bicha's Ramon Elixio fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Frechoso couldn't finish the play. Humberto Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Frechoso in the 80th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Fabio Argoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bicha's Humberto Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Frechoso in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Laureano Tonete, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ariel Pagomari hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Roberto Saporiti took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laureano Tonete. F.C. Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Bicha left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than F.C. Guardia Imperial.
