But to his dismay, Ladislao Aztore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Ladislao Aztore might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gogo Orlanda. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ladislao Aztore ran back to his position shaking his head. Arturo Oriol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Humberto Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gogo Orlanda made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Ladislao Aztore sent off a good shot on target. Ramon Elixio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Gogo Orlanda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Aztore in the 61st minute of play. Candido Galtero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Elixio in the 85th minute of play forced Carboni AFC's goalkeeper Gogo Orlanda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
