Horror team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that German Aztore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 39th minute Santos Iturri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Vito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. German Aztore was the one to do the kick off. The corner led Pehuelches FC's Elpidio Loreto to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabian Raebert despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 54 minutes into the game, Santos Iturri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horror team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pehuelches FC the free kick. In the 95th minute Elpidio Loreto managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Pehuelches FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
