After having played for 6 minutes, Inocencio Oton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dego F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Oton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gabriel Dino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Cebrian's late challenge caught a Taka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severiano Cebrian helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th match minute, Dego F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Cebrian to maneuver through the defense. 15 minutes into the game, Taka's Atilano Rik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gualterio Goi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Atilano Rik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gualterio Goi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Inocencio Oton in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Herminio Henrico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 31 played minutes Taka got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Matxin. With a little luck, Dego F.C.'s Gualterio Goi got control of the ball when Atilano Rik tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Severiano Cebrian came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Dego F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Cebrian couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gualterio Bertol was the one to do the kick off. Inocencio Oton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Dino's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Herminio Henrico skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 64th minute, Geronimo Jorrin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Atilano Rik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taka fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by David Leoiar during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 78th match minute, Taka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Leoiar to maneuver through the defense.
