Spectators: 7140 (Terracing: 5314, Seating: 1679, VIP seats: 147) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Horacio Flor kicked off to start the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Florentino Regis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Claromeco FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Regis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 3rd match minute, Barrow was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Ixidor to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 7 minutes, Carlos Bero took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Constantino Markel to make any attempt to save it. 13 minutes into the match, Barrow's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Bero came free, but Constantino Markel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Barrow defense, Marco Etxeberri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Constantino Markel. The Barrow fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Constantino Markel should have stopped the shot. Claromeco FC's Carlos Bero got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 20th minute, Carlos Bero made a precise shot to the right of Constantino Markel. Barrow's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Barrow's zone, Marco Etxeberri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Markel came out of the goal and Marco Etxeberri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Barrow's goalkeeper Constantino Markel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Barrow's Constantino Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Bero in the 42nd minute of play. Carlos Bero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Constantino Markel having to make a save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Bero to strike the kick off in the second half. Barrow's Constantino Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Etxeberri in the 60th minute of play. Constantino Markel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Bero, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 72nd minute Marco Etxeberri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Markel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Bero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Constantino Markel having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Etxeberri in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Constantino Markel saved Barrow from getting behind. Barrow's Constantino Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Bero in the 80th minute of play. 82 minutes into the game, Claromeco FC's Carlos Bero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantino Markel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. If Marco Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Barrow booed when Claromeco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Tipinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute Marco Etxeberri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Constantino Markel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claromeco FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
