Iker Pello started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Iker Pello fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Pello in the 9th minute of play forced poolman's goalkeeper Braulio Milio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Astor Dayam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jairo Olo in the 10th minute of the match. Iker Pello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tadeo Hitzeder fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored poolman's protests and gave Tadeo Hitzeder a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Tadeo Hitzeder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Cebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Milio having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Belén FC's Iker Pello got a free kick in the 16th minute. Belén FC's Astor Dayam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antonio Jon in the 18th minute of play. Francisco Celino kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Braulio Milio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 23rd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Serafino Roderigo. Francisco Celino's late challenge caught a poolman's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Celino helped the player get up and apologised. The corner ended in Angel Sein almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Belén FC's Astor Dayam did a great save. 31 minutes into the match, poolman's goalkeeper Braulio Milio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benjamin Cebo. In the 42nd minute Jairo Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Dayam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Antonio Jon came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the poolman fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Jon couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jairo Olo was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute Jairo Olo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Astor Dayam saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Jairo Olo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Astor Dayam to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Pello in the 87th minute of play forced poolman's goalkeeper Braulio Milio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Braulio Milio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Cebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute, Antonio Jon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Astor Dayam was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. If Iker Pello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched poolman eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
