Abelardo Lain was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 17th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Federico Araoz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 陶镇钢, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Rainerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Lluis in the 27th minute of the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Federico Araoz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by 陶镇钢 in the 45th minute of play forced Ñorquín's goalkeeper Federico Araoz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
If Abelardo Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute Maximo Caitano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Rainerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68th minute 朱锋风 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Araoz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Caitano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Esteban Rainerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ñorquín's goalkeeper Federico Araoz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. During the 75th minute of the match Abelardo Lain completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Abelardo Lain a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 76th match minute, Monteros AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Lain to maneuver through the defense. Monteros AFC's Esteban Rainerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Gipuzkoa in the 78th minute of play. Amancio Gipuzkoa hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Pastor Gartzea charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pastor Gartzea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Honorato Iturri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteban Rainerio having to interfere. 陶镇钢 hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 陶镇钢 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Federico Araoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Monteros AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Monteros AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
