He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ñorquín reached it. In the 20th match minute, River Plate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luciano Mel to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in River Plate's zone, Maximo Caitano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moises Perrando came out of the goal and Maximo Caitano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alonzo Cordario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Araoz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Martin Lluis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute Amancio Gipuzkoa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moises Perrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 33 minutes into the match, River Plate's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Gipuzkoa came free, but Moises Perrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Martin Lluis to strike the kick off in the second half. Moises Perrando was out of position in the 53 minute of play, and Amancio Gipuzkoa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Moises Perrando was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lisandro Eguzki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 79 minute of play.
