In the 27th minute, Arsenio Timo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcelo Felipillo in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Betadur saved Apostadores jr from getting behind. When Evelio Leocadio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Apostadores jr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evelio Leocadio couldn't finish the play. Apostadores jr's Arsenio Timo got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnulfo Celino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evelio Leocadio, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Real Madrid CF's goal looked a bit too open when Evelio Leocadio came free, but Arnulfo Celino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36thth minute of the game Evelio Leocadio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Madrid CF's Arnulfo Celino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Real Madrid CF's Arnulfo Celino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evelio Leocadio in the 40th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 69th minute Marcelo Felipillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Betadur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Evelio Leocadio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnulfo Celino was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. Arsenio Timo came free with the goalkeeper in the 72nd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Arnulfo Celino could save by the left post. Apostadores jr's Arnaldo Betadur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Felipillo in the 74th minute of play. Ciro Hernando hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Marcelo Felipillo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Madrid CF's goalkeeper Arnulfo Celino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
