Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Agustin Abecia to make the kick off. The supporters of Liniers booed when MA HALCON FUTEBOL CLUBE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Bermund didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 54 minutes, Adolfo Gaitan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MA HALCON FUTEBOL CLUBE and the Liniers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Santiago Jorrin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Leo Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Agustin Abecia might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leo Roderigo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Agustin Abecia ran back to his position shaking his head. Leopoldo Dimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
