If Anier Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Neron in the 17th minute of play forced Club Atletico Boca Junior's goalkeeper Rene Salvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17 played minutes Club Atletico Boca Junior got a freekick which was hit by Pascual Peio. Cecilio Neron fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Salvino having to interfere. Evaristo Cisco struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Rene Salvino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nojiren FC. Rene Salvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cecilio Neron in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cecilio Neron in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rene Salvino saved Club Atletico Boca Junior from getting behind. When Pascual Peio fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Boca Junior's protests and gave Pascual Peio a yellow card for diving instead. Rene Salvino made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Anier Acevedo sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Boca Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Neron came free, but Rene Salvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anier Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Atletico Boca Junior's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Cecilio Neron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by Salvador Perutxo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Melquiades Beremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rene Salvino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Acevedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Cecilio Neron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Cecilio Neron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rene Salvino was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Nojiren FC fully deserved thier win.
