Oscar Ugaitz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 2nd minute, Oscar Ugaitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Martin Sasoin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Firmat FC's Marcial Emenon suffered a concussion in the 10th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. When Donato Salvator fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gorina's protests and gave Donato Salvator a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Gorina fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! In the 13th minute there was a penalty for Firmat FC. Damaso Maurino stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bonifacio Lamberto. 0-1. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Firmat FC! In the 19th minute there was a penalty for Gorina. Ramon Oier stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nicanor Nuñez. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Jobo in the 22nd minute of play forced Firmat FC's goalkeeper Nicanor Nuñez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Federico Jobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Jobo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Nicanor Nuñez having to make a save. If Rodolfo Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29thth minute of the game Federico Jobo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Firmat FC's Nicanor Nuñez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicanor Nuñez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Efren in the 34th minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Gilberto Natal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Firmat FC and the Gorina players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Firmat FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Flavio Nazario hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Gorina's Ramon Oier tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Rodolfo Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gorina booed when Firmat FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Sancho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Federico Jobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Federico Jobo to make the kick off. Firmat FC's Gilberto Natal got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Jobo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Nicanor Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Firmat FC's Flavio Nazario got a free kick in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Firmat FC's zone, Rodolfo Machado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicanor Nuñez came out of the goal and Rodolfo Machado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rodolfo Machado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nicanor Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicanor Nuñez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Jobo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uriel Gaskon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Nicanor Nuñez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Jobo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 88 minutes, Flavio Nazario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Firmat FC and the Gorina players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Firmat FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Nazario to maneuver through the defense. Ramon Oier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 89th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nicanor Nuñez. Firmat FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Rodolfo Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicanor Nuñez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Federico Jobo went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Federico Jobo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gorina's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Jobo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Nuñez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gorina walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
