Anier Sugoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Balesio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Manni in the 11th minute of play forced ESPORTIVO EL BARDIÑO FC's goalkeeper Delmiro Constancio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ricardo Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo Manni struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Delmiro Constancio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ayacucho. After 20 played minutes ESPORTIVO EL BARDIÑO FC got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Balesio. With his leg Delmiro Constancio managed to avoid a goal in the 21stth minute, when Ayacucho's Anselmo Manni fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ayacucho's Florencio Urko shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 23rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Delmiro Constancio but with some difficulty. Anselmo Manni struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Delmiro Constancio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ayacucho. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Anselmo Manni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayacucho's supporters rose to their feet, but Anselmo Manni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmiro Constancio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anselmo Manni was the one to do the kick off. If Ricardo Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 55 minutes of play, Ayacucho's Anselmo Manni made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Delmiro Constancio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Delmiro Constancio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anselmo Manni went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 62nd minute of the match Florencio Urko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Constancio skillfully saved the ball. After 65 minutes, Anselmo Manni made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. ESPORTIVO EL BARDIÑO FC's Delmiro Constancio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Anier Sugoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucio Gumaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Delmiro Constancio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Mendebal in the 75th minute of play. Delmiro Constancio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anselmo Manni's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Delmiro Constancio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Manni in the 78th minute of the match. In the 81st minute, Ricardo Mendebal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anselmo Manni might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Constancio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anselmo Manni ran back to his position shaking his head. If Ricardo Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Anselmo Manni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Delmiro Constancio was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Anselmo Manni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ricardo Mendebal might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Constancio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardo Mendebal ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute of the match Fermin Ubelteso sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Constancio skillfully saved the ball. Ayacucho walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
