Froilan Ekhi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Faustino Cordareo went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Ataxia FC's Froilan Ekhi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Ataxia FC from getting a goal against them. Faustino Cordareo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Ekhi having to interfere. Froilan Ekhi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Abeijon, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Saturnino Valery's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Lawrence read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. After 99 minutes, Arnulfo Silviano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ataxia FC and the Pasos de los toros players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 98th minute of the game. One of Ataxia FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Pasos de los toros:s goal. In the 101st minute there was a penalty for Pasos de los toros. Laureano Belarmo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Froilan Ekhi. 4-1. Pasos de los toros's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
