Moreira AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Bermudo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Lizarr F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Normando came free, but Rene Maldonado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saul Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Juan Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Rene Maldonado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Filiberto Pere got free with Americo Vellito in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 35 minutes into the match, Lizarr F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Leo Bermudo came free, but Rene Maldonado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Americo Vellito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Pere in the 39th minute of the match. Filiberto Pere sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

In the 53rd minute, Gavino Guter got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Filiberto Pere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 59 minutes, Florencio Ranolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Moreira AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lizarr F.C the free kick. In the 61st match minute, Moreira AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaac Banegas to maneuver through the defense. After 62 played minutes Lizarr F.C got a freekick which was hit by Filiberto Pere. In the 65th minute, Jesus Baumer sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Moreira AFC's Americo Vellito didn't even have to move. After some careless play in the Moreira AFC defense, Filiberto Pere kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Americo Vellito. The Moreira AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Americo Vellito should have stopped the shot. Rene Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Bermudo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Lizarr F.C getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Saul Leoiar hit a great ball. Leo Bermudo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Rene Maldonado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Guter in the 80th minute of play forced Moreira AFC's goalkeeper Americo Vellito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
