Spectators: 7211 (Terracing: 5409, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) 3 minutes into the game, Gualterio Llanos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mundo Wally's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rancagua Junior the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benjamin Tabor got free with Dionisio Tino in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 11 minutes into the match, Rancagua Junior's goal looked a bit too open when Gualterio Llanos came free, but Gavino Sanduru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th match minute, Rancagua Junior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Rius to maneuver through the defense. Cleto Nataniel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dionisio Tino having to make a save. After having played for 21 minutes, Maximo Bilbo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mundo Wally's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Bilbo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Rancagua Junior defense, Maximo Bilbo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gavino Sanduru. The Rancagua Junior fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gavino Sanduru should have stopped the shot. In the 32nd minute, Timoteo Ongile hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Llanos in the 33rd minute of play forced Rancagua Junior's goalkeeper Gavino Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The attack was good, but when Gualterio Llanos in the 37th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Joaquin Froila hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. A collision led to Mundo Wally getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Octavio Chap hit a great ball. After 45 minutes of play, Rancagua Junior's Benjamin Tabor made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dionisio Tino was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gualterio Llanos to strike the kick off in the second half. Evaristo Leheren kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Gavino Sanduru made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximo Bilbo in the 54th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Gualterio Llanos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mundo Wally's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Llanos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gavino Sanduru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gavino Sanduru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Chap in the 62nd minute of the match. Cleto Nataniel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dionisio Tino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. When Timoteo Ongile fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rancagua Junior's protests and gave Timoteo Ongile a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th match minute, Rancagua Junior was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Ongile to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Llanos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gavino Sanduru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. If Maximo Bilbo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
