Rancagua Junior's Gavino Sanduru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Poncio in the 5th minute of play. Timoteo Ongile's late challenge caught a Porvenir Talleres's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Ongile helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Rancagua Junior getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Timoteo Ongile hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Rancagua Junior's Constantino Iigo got a free kick in the 16th minute. If Eustaquio Poncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gavino Sanduru didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Porvenir Talleres's Eustaquio Poncio shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. After 31 minutes of play, Porvenir Talleres's Carolo Gai made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gavino Sanduru was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carolo Gai scored 0-3 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gavino Sanduru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eleuterio Frutos during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eleuterio Frutos kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Eustaquio Santxol hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustaquio Poncio made a kick off. Benjamin Tabor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, Porvenir Talleres's Carolo Gai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gavino Sanduru narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carolo Gai did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-5 to the left of a surprised Gavino Sanduru 78 minutes into the match. Benjamin Tabor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Porvenir Talleres's Eustaquio Poncio suffered a sore thigh after 87 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 88 minutes, Joaquin Froila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rancagua Junior and the Porvenir Talleres players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rancagua Junior! After a defensive mix-up in Rancagua Junior's zone, Carolo Gai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gavino Sanduru came out of the goal and Carolo Gai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Porvenir Talleres's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
