Spectators: 7085 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 5) Covello FC's Nestor Lauren started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulo Ermano hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute of the match Igor Atarrabi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgardo Austin skillfully saved the ball. Manuel Cordeara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Nestor Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Covello FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Lauren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edgardo Austin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Epifanio Abechuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 16 played minutes Covello FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Rivero. Isaias Orkatz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Calvet having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Covello FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaias Orkatz came free, but Lisandro Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lisandro Calvet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Orkatz in the 24th minute of play. Nestor Lauren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Nestor Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viedma FC's Edgardo Austin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Cordeara in the 31st minute of play. Epifanio Abechuco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Lisandro Calvet made a huge save. Marcelo Rivero kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Isaias Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaias Orkatz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaias Orkatz in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Calvet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Manuel Cordeara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, Edgardo Austin skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Clodoveo Rainerio kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Clodoveo Rainerio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Viedma FC and the Covello FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Viedma FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Clodoveo Rainerio hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Covello FC's Igor Atarrabi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nestor Lauren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 67 minutes, Ermegildo Xabel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Covello FC and the Viedma FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ermegildo Xabel kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaias Orkatz in the 72nd minute of play forced Covello FC's goalkeeper Lisandro Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nestor Lauren struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Edgardo Austin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Covello FC. Edgardo Austin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Cordeara went, in the 90th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. The long shot by Natalio Firme in the 97th minute really tested Edgardo Austin's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Covello FC played a much better game than Viedma FC and deserved their victory. The Viedma FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
