Spectators: 7216 (Terracing: 5413, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 143) Deportivo Bielsa's Astor Aragones started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Deportivo Bielsa's Mauricio Luken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Atarratze in the 4th minute of play. Iker Marino kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Mauricio Luken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Atarratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. After having played for 7 minutes, Astor Aragones managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Bielsa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Aragones was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Augusto Sarracino fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Racing de Olavarria's protests and gave Augusto Sarracino a yellow card for diving instead. Prudencio Primo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Adrian Millano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 22nd minute of the game. One of Racing de Olavarria:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Deportivo Bielsa:s goal. In the 24th minute, the referee gave Deportivo Bielsa a penalty. Victorio Cordearo looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Adrian Millano. Prudencio Primo took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adrian Millano. Adrian Millano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Albino Porfirio struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Mauricio Luken didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing de Olavarria. The supporters of Deportivo Bielsa booed when Racing de Olavarria was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Bastia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Deportivo Bielsa's Victorio Cordearo tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Prudencio Primo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Adrian Millano skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hugo Atarratze to make the kick off. Iker Marino charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iker Marino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Deportivo Bielsa got a freekick which was hit by Iker Marino. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Atarratze in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mauricio Luken saved Deportivo Bielsa from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Hugo Atarratze notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Deportivo Bielsa's Mauricio Luken. Mauricio Luken was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Prudencio Primo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Deportivo Bielsa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prudencio Primo couldn't finish the play. In the 72nd minute, Prudencio Primo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Millano was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Eduardo Neron hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. If Hugo Atarratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Atarratze in the 84th minute of play forced Deportivo Bielsa's goalkeeper Mauricio Luken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Astor Aragones ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adrian Millano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Hugo Atarratze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mauricio Luken having to make a save. When the referee ended the match the Deportivo Bielsa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
