Hugo Atarratze blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hector Aires having to make a save. Hector Aires showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Atarratze in the 9th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Froilan Oroitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adrian Millano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Froilan Oroitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Espartillar FC's Hector Aires proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Espartillar FC from getting a goal against them. After having played for 25 minutes, Desiderio Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espartillar FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Desiderio Lopes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Desiderio Lopes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Adrian Millano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 32nd minute, Maximino Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 34 minutes, Rogelio Cresencio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Espartillar FC and the Racing de Olavarria players grew even worse after the yellow card. Racing de Olavarria's Javier Orlo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 35th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Espartillar FC. Adrian Millano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Lopes in the 40th minute of the match. With a little luck, Espartillar FC's Hector Aires got control of the ball when Albino Porfirio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Atarratze made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Desiderio Lopes in the 53rd minute of play forced Racing de Olavarria's goalkeeper Adrian Millano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Albano Florin kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Racing de Olavarria's Hugo Atarratze got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Espartillar FC's Hector Aires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Atarratze in the 59th minute of play. Hector Aires took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Atarratze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evaristo Bastia kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 65th minute of the match, Froilan Oroitz got a very nice opportunity to score, but Adrian Millano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Desiderio Lopes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Millano having to interfere. Adrian Millano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Lopes in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Racing de Olavarria's Marcelino Perico got a free kick in the 76th minute. Javier Orlo kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Froilan Oroitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Adrian Millano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Desiderio Lopes came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Espartillar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Lopes couldn't finish the play. Espartillar FC's Hector Aires played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Atarratze in the 91st minute of play. Adrian Millano was a little too slow when Desiderio Lopes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-1. Espartillar FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
