It was Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate who took care of the corner kick. Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Aristides Ganix made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Ursino in the 18th minute of play forced General Roca's goalkeeper Elvio Firme to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elvio Firme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Godoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aristides Ganix. The goal made the score 1-0. Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Aristides Ganix made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Ganix prevented the ball from getting in the gole. arvel's Aristides Ganix played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Orlondo in the 42nd minute of play. Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate scored 2-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristides Ganix, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Rene Orlondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cesar Godoy to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot 52 in the game by Simon Ursino from a close distance when the talented Elvio Firme managed to make a qualified save. General Roca's players were relieved. Simon Ursino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Elvio Firme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60th minute Rene Orlondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Ganix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Simon Ursino got free with Elvio Firme in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rene Orlondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Aristides Ganix tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Hilario Guilabertus cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Aristides Ganix was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Hilario Guilabertus scored 4-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristides Ganix, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 75th minute, Pitoy Martínez de Aldunate made a precise shot to the right of Aristides Ganix. arvel's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Elvio Firme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesar Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. arvel's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emanuel Quilo in the 92nd minute. After taking down the ball on arvel's corner Emanuel Quilo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Elvio Firme quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, arvel's Emanuel Quilo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. There was no doubt that General Roca were the better team. General Roca's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
