Nemesio Oinaz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Daniel Cebo having to make a save. Anibal Cutberto's late challenge caught a Sunderland A.F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benicio Bernal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. The supporters of La Quiaca Futbol Club booed when Sunderland A.F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Natanael didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nemesio Oinaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daniel Cebo having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Benigno Gabino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Benicio Bernal was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
