Wilstermann's Gabriel Benitez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Jobo in the 16th minute of play. After 17 minutes of play, Cacheuta's Esteve Johans made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The referee ignored Wilstermann's protests and gave Maximiliano Ikatz a yellow card for diving instead.
