The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ordóñez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Pes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 15 minutes, Bruno Orlanda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Anarquía and the Ordóñez players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 16th minute, Bruno Orlanda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Orlanda hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Victorino Hitz made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Israel Dalmu sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Israel Dalmu took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Victorino Hitz to make any attempt to save it. Claudio Serafo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Dalmu having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Anarquía's zone, Israel Dalmu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victorino Hitz came out of the goal and Israel Dalmu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Ordóñez made a substitution. Victorino Santiago replaced Andres Palben. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arturo Valente made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Javier Pes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ordóñez's supporters rose to their feet, but Javier Pes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victorino Hitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Javier Pes struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Victorino Hitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ordóñez. Javier Pes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Hitz having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Anarquía's goal looked a bit too open when Israel Dalmu came free, but Victorino Hitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Javier Pes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ordóñez's supporters crossed their fingers, but Javier Pes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Teobaldo Stanislao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Javier Pes notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Anarquía's Victorino Hitz. Victorino Hitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teobaldo Stanislao fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victorino Hitz having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Geofredo during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ordóñez booed when Anarquía was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Geofredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Hitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Dalmu in the 88th minute of the match. Arturo Valente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arturo Valente came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Filiberto Dalmu could save by the left post. Ordóñez walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
