Seating: 1682, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Honorio Otsoko took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ve FC's Pastor Faro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Ve FC from getting a goal against them. Pastor Faro made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Camilo Montez sent off a good shot on target. Pastor Faro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Baldomiro Ikatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes Ve FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Ugaitz. Ve FC's Mateo Harkaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pastor Faro made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Cecilio Amor sent off a good shot on target. Pastor Faro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Ikatz in the 26th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Ve FC's goal looked a bit too open when Camilo Montez came free, but Pastor Faro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rodeo's Cecilio Amor got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 33 minutes, Ubaldo Ugaitz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rodeo and the Ve FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Rodeo getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Ubaldo Ugaitz hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mateo Harkaitz in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lisandro Xabel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lisandro Xabel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Otsoko, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ubaldo Ugaitz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Baldomiro Ikatz made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Cirilo Vedillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rodeo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ve FC the free kick. After 52 played minutes Rodeo got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Vedillo. Rodeo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Alonzo Honrio scored to the left of an out of position Lisandro Xabel, making the score, 0-2. Baldomiro Ikatz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pastor Faro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldomiro Ikatz in the 63rd minute of play forced Ve FC's goalkeeper Pastor Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Rodeo got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Montez. With his leg Lisandro Xabel managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Ve FC's Honorio Otsoko fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ubaldo Ugaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the match, Rodeo's goalkeeper Lisandro Xabel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateo Harkaitz. Lisandro Xabel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Honorio Otsoko went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jorge Ostadar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lisandro Xabel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Baldomiro Ikatz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pastor Faro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ve FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
