After a defensive mix-up in DescorchaPendejas's zone, Anibal Lauren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Ixaka came out of the goal and Anibal Lauren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute, Dario Dino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Urbano Haitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 28th minute Bernardino Dolfo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Nicanor Chabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hilario Iigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafino Ixaka having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Bernardino Dolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot. DescorchaPendejas's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Dolfo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Urbano Haitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Barbosa hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. If Hilario Iigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Rio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DescorchaPendejas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Central Academia the free kick. The supporters of Central Academia booed when DescorchaPendejas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Rio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Lauren in the 74th minute of play forced DescorchaPendejas's goalkeeper Serafino Ixaka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafino Ixaka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Lauren, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute.
