In the 22nd minute, Gaston Qwinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddy Atauri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Lauren in the 24th minute of play. After having played for 27 minutes, Feliciano Vincent managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xeneize Jrs.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Vincent was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Pablo Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Central Academia's protests and gave Pablo Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd minute, Pablo Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliciano Vincent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Haitz having to interfere. Conrado Raulo's late challenge caught a Xeneize Jrs.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Raulo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Xeneize Jrs. booed when Central Academia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Raulo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Anibal Lauren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliciano Vincent might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urbano Haitz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Feliciano Vincent ran back to his position shaking his head. Leonides Belo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Urbano Haitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Xeneize Jrs.. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Vincent stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes Central Academia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Epifanio Justin who took care of the corner kick. In the 56th match minute, Xeneize Jrs. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Belo to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Xeneize Jrs.'s Leonides Belo got a free kick in the 58th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Central Academia's Anibal Lauren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddy Atauri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Feliciano Vincent scored 2-0 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urbano Haitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Central Academia's zone, Feliciano Vincent stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urbano Haitz came out of the goal and Feliciano Vincent tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbano Haitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Central Academia getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Conrado Raulo hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Xeneize Jrs. had played much better football throughout.
