Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5436, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Médanos's Sebastian Primo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Damian Aureo during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Damian Aureo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sixto Mark, 5 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 7th minute, Horacio Diaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Carmelo Gauargi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Clemente Telesforo. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. When Enzo Abeita fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Médanos's protests and gave Enzo Abeita a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th minute, Enzo Abeita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Médanos's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Horacio Diaz 15 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Horacio Diaz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicasio Garaile charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicasio Garaile the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 21st minute, Médanos's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Horacio Diaz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 22 minutes into the match, Médanos's goalkeeper Clemente Telesforo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Mitxaut. Severino Niguel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Silvio Salvidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-1 became the score in the 32nd minute when Sebastian Primo elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Severino Niguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 44 minutes, Severino Niguel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Médanos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severino Niguel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Diaz to make the kick off. Horacio Diaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 minutes ✡ Kadima FC ✡'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enzo Abeita who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Sebastian Primo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Salvidor was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. If Sebastian Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severino Niguel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvio Salvidor having to interfere. A collision led to Médanos getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Igor Etxatxu hit a great ball. Clemente Telesforo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evaristo Mitxaut's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. In the 75th minute Horacio Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Telesforo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 78th minute, Evaristo Mitxaut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvio Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Primo in the 85th minute of the match. Horacio Diaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Clemente Telesforo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Diaz might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Telesforo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horacio Diaz ran back to his position shaking his head. Médanos's Clemente Telesforo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Diaz in the 96th minute of play. If Evaristo Mitxaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ✡ Kadima FC ✡ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Médanos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
