Spectators: 7223 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Zeledon Claris made the kick off which started today's match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pascual Luzea got free with Carolo Iraunkor in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Pascual Luzea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carolo Iraunkor was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Cornelio Joanes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carolo Iraunkor having to interfere. Herminio Lizbeth charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Herminio Lizbeth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cornelio Joanes struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Carolo Iraunkor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carcarañá. In the 17thth minute of the game Cornelio Joanes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but san lorenzo de almagro's Carolo Iraunkor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, san lorenzo de almagro's Segundo Pedroso got a free kick in the 17th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Segundo Pedroso during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, san lorenzo de almagro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Segundo Pedroso to maneuver through the defense. Eloy Loramendi, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Mendebal in the 23rd minute of play forced Carcarañá's goalkeeper Florentino Ubendu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 23 minutes of play, san lorenzo de almagro's Igor Mendebal made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Ubendu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Igor Mendebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Carcarañá getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Teobaldo Clis hit a great ball. Carcarañá's Florentino Ubendu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeledon Claris in the 33rd minute of play. In the 34th minute Igor Mendebal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Ubendu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Ubendu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Claris, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Igor Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Florentino Ubendu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Costante in the 40th minute of play forced Carcarañá's goalkeeper Florentino Ubendu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Claris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Florentino Ubendu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Mendebal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeledon Claris in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Ubendu saved Carcarañá from getting behind. Pascual Luzea struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Carolo Iraunkor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carcarañá. If Pascual Luzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Mendebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pascual Luzea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carolo Iraunkor read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After 75 played minutes Carcarañá got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Arias. Carcarañá's Florentino Ubendu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Carcarañá from getting a goal against them. After 81 played minutes Carcarañá got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Clis. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carcarañá's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fulgencio Beltran was slow to take the kick. During this time san lorenzo de almagro's players had a chance to rest. Fulgencio Beltran made a great header on san lorenzo de almagro's corner, it was just that Carcarañá's Florentino Ubendu managed to reach the ball for a save. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Florentino Ubendu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Pascual Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carcarañá's supporters rose to their feet, but Pascual Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carolo Iraunkor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, san lorenzo de almagro's goal looked a bit too open when Cornelio Joanes came free, but Carolo Iraunkor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Pascual Luzea got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
