Dionisio Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustaquio Lleir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristo Bidun blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonatan Aragones having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Panfilo in the 6th minute of play forced FENIX's goalkeeper Jonatan Aragones to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jonathan Garaona came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the FENIX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Garaona couldn't finish the play. If Eustaquio Lleir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the game, Remigio Lorencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Feuergeist FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FENIX the free kick. Remigio Lorencio hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Eustaquio Lleir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dionisio Monico was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Feuergeist FC's Remigio Lorencio got a free kick in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Eustaquio Lleir managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENIX's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Lleir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Jonathan Garaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonatan Aragones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Panfilo in the 21st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FENIX's zone, Maximino Panfilo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonatan Aragones came out of the goal and Maximino Panfilo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristo Bidun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jonatan Aragones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Aimar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eustaquio Lleir to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonatan Aragones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Panfilo in the 53rd minute of the match. Maximino Panfilo struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Jonatan Aragones didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Feuergeist FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Eustaquio Lleir managed to get in a good position for a shot. FENIX's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Lleir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dionisio Monico breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 66 minutes into the match, Jonathan Garaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dionisio Monico. Feuergeist FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Garaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Ermegildo Ieltxu kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 71st minute of the match Remigio Bertin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonatan Aragones skillfully saved the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Feuergeist FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Lleir came free, but Dionisio Monico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Garaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaias Aimar charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaias Aimar the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jonatan Aragones had great luck who in the 83rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Maximino Panfilo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Jonathan Garaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dionisio Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Garaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. A collision led to Feuergeist FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Isaias Aimar hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the match, Feuergeist FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Garaona came free, but Dionisio Monico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Feuergeist FC's Dionisio Monico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Lleir in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, FENIX could leave the field as winners, despite Feuergeist FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
