Rosendo Arnau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Dionisio Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Arnau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionisio Monico having to interfere. A collision led to Antucura Futbol Club getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Urbano Fanuco hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urbano Fanuco in the 28th minute of play forced Feuergeist FC's goalkeeper Dionisio Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dionisio Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Ted, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After some careless play in the Feuergeist FC defense, Rosendo Arnau kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dionisio Monico. The Feuergeist FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Monico should have stopped the shot. If Urbano Fanuco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antucura Futbol Club's Urbano Fanuco got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximino Panfilo to strike the kick off in the second half. Urbano Fanuco's late challenge caught a Feuergeist FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Urbano Fanuco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 52nd match minute, Antucura Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Fanuco to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Arnau might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dionisio Monico. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rosendo Arnau ran back to his position shaking his head. Urbano Fanuco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dionisio Monico having to make a save. If Constantino Ted had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute, Erasmo Tab got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Denis Itzaina hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Dionisio Monico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Urbano Fanuco, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Antucura Futbol Club's Rosendo Arnau slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dionisio Monico. That made the score 0-4 after 79 minutes of play. With a little luck, Feuergeist FC's Dionisio Monico got control of the ball when Constantino Ted tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emanuel Oto's late challenge caught a Antucura Futbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 87th minute of the match Leopoldo Mel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dionisio Monico skillfully saved the ball. In the 90th minute, Rosendo Arnau left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Antucura Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. In the 92nd minute, Urbano Fanuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Antucura Futbol Club left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Feuergeist FC.
