In the 5th match minute, Tacoyoj FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Chorche to maneuver through the defense. Tacoyoj FC's Carmelo Arotza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Eder in the 7th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Manuel Eder cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Carmelo Arotza was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Tacoyoj FC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Conrado Mero hit a great ball. 17 minutes into the match, Perón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Larra came free, but Lucio Semeno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blas Guter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Astor Baudelio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Eder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Carmelo Arotza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Larra in the 33rd minute of play forced Perón AFC's goalkeeper Lucio Semeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Perón AFC's Lucio Semeno got control of the ball when Astor Baudelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute, Florentino Larra fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After 44 played minutes Perón AFC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Micael. Perón AFC's Lucio Semeno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 46th minute of the match, managed to save Perón AFC from getting a goal against them. After the first half Perón AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florentino Larra to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Astor Baudelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucio Semeno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Perón AFC defense, Florentino Larra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucio Semeno. The Perón AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucio Semeno should have stopped the shot. Florentino Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucio Semeno having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florentino Larra in the 60th minute of play forced Perón AFC's goalkeeper Lucio Semeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apolo Otoniel kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Florentino Larra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacoyoj FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florentino Larra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Perón AFC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Maximino Cebrian hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Baldomero Micael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tacoyoj FC's Astor Baudelio got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florentino Larra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lucio Semeno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Manuel Eder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Arotza having to interfere. Perón AFC's Lucio Semeno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Baudelio in the 83rd minute of play. Blas Guter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Carmelo Arotza made a huge save. Conrado Mero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
