Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5003, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 1) Marcelino Ayala started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 27 played minutes, Doce Cuotas F.C's Enrique Perez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacobo Fonso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Doce Cuotas F.C reached it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Romeo Martinez during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Romeo Martinez kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Matheu's Iker Ondino got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carmelo Hunfredo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelino Jusepe might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gürhan Zeynur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marcelino Jusepe ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Damario got free with Gürhan Zeynur in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 42nd minute Lázaro Quinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Fonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Marcelino Jusepe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Matheu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Doce Cuotas F.C were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcelino Jusepe was the one to do the kick off. If Marcelino Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Quinton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Fonso having to interfere. With his leg Jacobo Fonso managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Doce Cuotas F.C's Lázaro Quinton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 65 minutes, Alvaro Inocente mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matheu and the Doce Cuotas F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 66th match minute, Matheu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Inocente to maneuver through the defense. Doce Cuotas F.C's Enrique Perez shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jacobo Fonso but with some difficulty. Segundo Valery charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Valery the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Matheu booed when Doce Cuotas F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Segundo Valery didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Damario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 83rd minute, Edgardo Hustaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcelino Ayala kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Fonso. That made the score 0-3 in the 84 minute of play. In the 89th minute of the match Tomás Eron shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacobo Fonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gürhan Zeynur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Damario in the 95th minute of the match. Marcelino Jusepe struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Gürhan Zeynur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Matheu. Doce Cuotas F.C's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
