Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) Rodrigo Cerilo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Luis Eguzki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Medardo's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Rodrigo Cerilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Fausto Medardo came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Ensenadas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Medardo couldn't finish the play. 19 minutes into the game, Fausto Medardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luis Eguzki. Fausto Medardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 27th match minute, Chañar AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Gonsalve to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Placido Dominguez in the 28th minute really tested Luis Eguzki's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Luis Eguzki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Medardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 32 minutes, Moises Jurdan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chañar AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Jurdan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 33rd minute, Moises Jurdan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Ensenadas FC's Fausto Medardo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luis Eguzki. That made the score 2-0 after 37 minutes of play. Rodrigo Cerilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Domingos Kimetz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chañar AFC's Moises Jurdan got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Medardo was the one to do the kick off. Domingos Kimetz was a little too slow when Rodrigo Cerilo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 2-1. If Abel Roland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner led Chañar AFC's Christian Haritz to fire away a dangerous shot which Domingos Kimetz despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Maximiliano Gonzales scored 3-1 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Eguzki, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Fausto Medardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Luis Eguzki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chañar AFC's Luis Eguzki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fausto Medardo in the 71st minute of play. Maximiliano Gonzales might have been able to make a better finish in the 72nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luis Eguzki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maximiliano Gonzales ran back to his position shaking his head. Maximiliano Gonzales took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luis Eguzki. Luis Eguzki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Luis Eguzki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fausto Medardo's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ensenadas FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chañar AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
