Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bonifacio Bernaldo kicked off to start the match. Melchor Elazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cesar Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leo Txindoki struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Cesar Lopez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenix. In the 9th minute of the match, Bonifacio Bernaldo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cesar Lopez was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When Serafino Etxepare fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aranguren AFC's protests and gave Serafino Etxepare a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 11 minutes, Melchor Elazar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fenix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melchor Elazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ambrosio Urritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aranguren AFC's Cesar Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angel Lluc in the 20th minute of play. Cesar Lopez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Melchor Elazar in the 24th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Florentino Innocenzio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Romeo Arce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 34 minutes into the match, Aranguren AFC's goalkeeper Cesar Lopez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Melchor Elazar. The crowd rose to their feet as Fenix's Ambrosio Urritz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cesar Lopez. That made the score 1-1 after 35 minutes of play. Melchor Elazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Cesar Lopez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Serafino Etxepare stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Romeo Arce was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Florentino Innocenzio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 54 minute of play. When Bonifacio Bernaldo came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Fenix fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bonifacio Bernaldo couldn't finish the play. In the 59th minute Melchor Elazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Innocenzio took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romeo Arce. Romeo Arce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 66th minute, Aranguren AFC's Florentino Innocenzio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 69th match minute, Fenix was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Urritz to maneuver through the defense. Aranguren AFC's Cesar Lopez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Bernaldo in the 73rd minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Serafino Etxepare dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Romeo Arce, 1-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Aranguren AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
